Contemplating one’s demise isn’t a past time most of us like.

But picturing an orderly disposition of our estate?  That is somehow more pleasing.

When parents aren’t able to address end of life issues like estate planning, they can be passing many difficulties on to their heirs – an inheritance of attorneys, legal documents, tax issues and headaches galore.

The New York Times published an interesting piece on estate planning today that’s well worth reading.
